In a rainy afternoon, Teresa and Lucia come up with a suitable game in the middle of the water that was filling everything: the streets, the roads, the mountains; “it looked like the Earth was going to drink the sky”, they say. With sheets from their notebooks they made paper boats, the boats cross the waters and carry messages that come and go; the messages are verses that describe how amazing is the planet that their eyes witness. Over the fainting wave’s hearts with wings pass over; the small and the trivial, like a letter, a button or a buttonhole are motive for words and paintings of a circular game. A ladder or a building, a scuba diver or a fish, in a rainy afternoon, they will find out.
En una tarde de lluvia, Teresa y Lucía se embarcan en un juego circular. Con palabras e ingenio, inventarán mundos en los que habitan ojales, escaleras, corazones, abecedarios y cielos por los que navegan barcos en la lluvia.
