During the early part of the 19th century, Paco Poyo earned his living by selling newspapers, covering the streets of Mexico City on foot. One fine day, a mysterious stranger offers to buy up all of Paco"s newspapers if he delivers a message to a certain patient at the hospital. At first, the mission seems easy enough and is fun, besides, since Paco has to disguise himself as a dandy. However, he never dreamed that this little job would lead him to appear on the front pages of the same newspapers he sold.
