Jane vive en Phoenix y aunque sus papás son mexicanos, no le enseñaron a hablar español, pues ella nació en Estados Unidos. Ahora que está en high school, siente un gran deseo por conocer sus raíces, por lo que ha decidido aprender la lengua de sus padres. Así comienza a escribir un diario en español, donde narra cómo todo cambia a su alrededor cuando decide ir en búsqueda de ella misma, acompañada de Jane Austen y otras Janes.

Jane lives in Phoenix, and although his her parents are Mexican, they didn't teach her to speak Spanish, since she was born in the United States. Now that she's in high school, she feels a great desire to get closer to her roots, and as such, has decided to learn the language of her parents. So she begins to write a diary in Spanish, where she narrates how everything around her changes when she decided to find herself, accompanied by Jane Austen, and various other Janes!


Supergigante

Édgar atraviesa por el día más triste y el más feliz de su vida: su abuelo ha muerto y Joana le ha dado su primer beso. Abrumado por las sensaciones de pérdida y euforia, el protagonista comienza a correr. Mientras Édgar corre, organiza sus pensamientos. Conforme avanza, Édgar se vuelve cada vez más grande. Llegado un punto, ya no cabe dentro de su propio cuerpo. Es una explosión continua. Es supergigante.

Edgar runs at full speed, to leave everything behind: family, school, friends. Today is the saddest day of his life, because his grandfather is gone, but also the happiest, since Joana kissed him for the first time. Running along with his thoughts and reflections, Edgar grows bigger and bigger and no longer fits inside his own body. He is a monster. He is a super giant.
